Bumblebee Creative Social Enterprises is an organisation working with communities in Australia and overseas to build an environmentally and economically sustainable future. Bumblebee promotes creativity and social justice in all its ventures.
The Bumblebee Factory is Bumblebee Creative Social Enterprises’ design arm. It supplies Bumblebee’s colourful designs and characters for use in creative projects and in marketing products.
Fair Trade is about ensuring fair pay and decent working conditions for farmers and workers in the developing world. Bumblebee advocates Fair Trade practices as part of its work educating people in the developed world about the importance of living in a just global society.
Koala Spirit Ltd. is a not for profit organisation owned and run by Bumblebee Creative Social Enterprises. Its focus is on connecting children with projects in the developing world, allowing them to participate in these projects whilst educating them about social and environmental issues.
Noah’s Ark projects are run by Koala Spirit Ltd. They support wildlife sanctuaries. See “Projects” page.
Global/Local Village projects are also run by Koala Spirit Ltd. They support villages in the developing world. See “Projects” page.
Rainbow Hands projects are run directly by Bumblebee Creative Social Enterprises. These projects are designed for, and by, women’s groups in and around Melbourne. See “Projects” page.
